Nicole Negron

Nicole Negron, FNLP, AADP, CHHC is a Clinical Functional Nutritionist and women’s hormone expert dedicated to helping women bio-hack their hormones; using food as medicine to navigate and relieve hormonal, menstrual, autoimmune, and perimenopausal symptoms from the root cause.

Nicole is on a mission to bring female brain chemistry and hormonal health to the forefront of everyday conversation. “I educate women about the intersection of hormones and the female brain as the key to productivity, better health, and better relationships”, Nicole says. She believes that given the right tools and knowledge, all women have a unique ability to lead, heal, and prosper in the world.

Nicole is often sought after by Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and other organizations for guidance on developing equitable company policies. Nicole's object is to help companies create a sustainable work environment that promotes a healthy lifestyle for women and everyone in the workplace, as evident by her tenure with the Seattle Women's Commission.

Nicole, AADP, FLNP, attended the Integrative Women's Health Institute to become a certified women's health counselor; specializing in pelvic pain management, hormone balance, preconception, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and brain health. She then enrolled in the institute for integrative Nutrition to become a Holistic Health Counselor, certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and Functional Nutrition Lab, to become a Functional Nutritionist and Lifestyle Practitioner. Nicole is currently completing a B.A. in Behavioral Health.
